How are Hype Well and Social High Rise different?
Affordability. Social High Rise offers a variety of plans focused on the small to medium sized restaurants. Plans start at $269 and go up to $399 when billed annually. Hype Well also offers a range of plans and customizable options. Their Basic Plan starts at $500 per month with options to increase the monthly cost to upwards of $2000 per month.
Reputation Management. Social High Rise helps you extend customer service beyond the walls of your restaurant with all plans including management of Yelp and Google+. Social High Rise will be your eyes and ears online, provide first-class customer service on your behalf, and go to bat for you in moments where your voice needs to be heard. Social High Rise writes custom replies to all Yelp reviews while also petitioning to have any inappropriate reviews taken down. Hype Well’s Advanced Plan includes monitoring of Facebook, Yelp, and other sites, but does not add any support for reputation or review management.

Cost
Hype Well offers a Basic Plan which costs $500 per month, and includes management for Facebook , Twitter, and Yelp. It also includes updated business information across Google+, Bing Maps, Yahoo!, and Foursquare. The Advanced Plan is $1,000 per month, and includes management of Instagram and monthly reporting in addition to what is offered in the Basic Plan. The Premium Plan is $2,000 per month and includes an advertising campaign every month, in addition to what the Advanced Plan offers. Hype Well will add on additional locations at a discount of 25% each.
