How long is my commitment?
We ask for a minimum 6-month partnership. After that, we partner with you on a month-to-month basis.
How do I get started?
You start with a free social media consultation. We’ll take it slow, help you sort out your options, and together we’ll figure out if our service fits your needs.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you’d like. Just let your dedicated account manager know.
When do I get billed?
We bill monthly, so you’ll be charged for your service when you sign-up, and you’ll renew on the same calendar day each month thereafter. And we’ll email you an invoice receipt each time you renew.
How long does account setup take?
It takes about 5 business days to get each of your profiles created and optimized from the time we collect all required profile log-in usernames and passwords.
Is there a discount for Annual billing?
Why yes, of course. We offer discounts for up-front, six-month or annual billing. If you’re in it with us for the long haul, you get the hook-up.
Will I still be able to access my social profiles?
Certainly. You’ll be able to log-in and access every profile that represents your business. We simply share access to them.
How do I pay for service?
It’s pretty simple. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit/debit card for billing. SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI Compliance ensure that your information stays secure.
How do I end service?
Just give us a call. We’ll create a plan to make the transition as smooth as possible. Then we’ll shed a tear and create a shrine in your memory. Just kidding. We’re professionals.
