Our company began in the library at Chico State University in 2012 with one employee. Since then, we have grown to be the leading social media management agency specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Social High Rise has partnered with over 600 restaurants across the United States to transform their online presence and customer service practices through social media and review platforms.
Our Team
Our team at Social High Rise is smart, thoughtful, and focused on delivering outstanding service to clients, potential clients, and each other. We work with platforms that are constantly changing in an industry that’s regularly evolving, which means we strive to be nimble, adaptable, and resourceful. We often take on special projects to broaden our skill sets and help our company grow. We also value work/life balance, community involvement, a sense of humor, and pets!
Our Office
Our Northern California Social High Rise headquarters is located in the heart of downtown Chico on the 3rd floor of a historic building which was formerly a grand ballroom. We enjoy a casual, open office with lots of natural light, eclectic Spotify playlists, plus lots of restaurant and recreation options within walking distance.
