Announcing New Features & Service Plans

tl;dr: We’re rolling out some exciting new changes to our service plans, including Instagram management, Facebook Ad campaign management, online menu management, mobile sites, and more!

Our ongoing mission at Social High Rise is to be the very best social media management company for restaurants in all the land. An important part of fulfilling our mission is to keep our finger on the pulse of the ever-changing social media landscape to find the best ways to help our clients attract new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers. We’re passionate about our mission, so it’s important that the service plans we offer are structured to best serve our clients’ needs. From time to time, we realize we need to make some changes in order to continue providing the best value to the awesome restaurants who partner with us.

Today, I’m thrilled to announce we have revamped our service plans to better solve the challenges restaurants face managing their social media platforms. We’re pumped about these new changes and believe they’ll help us continue to be the leading restaurant social media management company. So, keep reading below for an overview of our new service plans, and then head over to our pricing page for full details.

NOTE: If you are a current client of ours, rest assured that your current pricing will not change and you’ll be able to keep your current plan for as long as you choose! You also have the option to upgrade to any of our new plans. It’s totally up to you.

what’s new:

Here are our new service options!

Customer Service Plan: We created this plan for our clients who care a great deal about delivering excellent customer service to reviewers online. We know how important it is to respond to customer reviews in a way that makes them feel heard and appreciated. That’s how guest experiences go from negative to positive, and from positive to outstanding. And your customers will reward you by visiting more often and recommending you to their friends. With this plan, we’ll help you achieve just that with your reviews on Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, and Facebook. Plus, we’ve also included SocialMenu in this plan!

Customer Experience Plan: This plan is for the restaurateur who wants their social media presence to be authentic, creative, and effective. We will harness the voice and personality of your restaurant to create custom social media content that inspires your best customers to visit you more often. We’ll also help you engage with your local community to show them love. It’s how we help your restaurant be a good “social citizen” on Facebook, Twitter, and Foursquare. Oh, and SocialMenu is included in the plan as well!

Customer Delight Plan: This is what you get when the Customer Service and Customer Experience plans combine to become the ultimate force for delighting your customers online. After all, isn’t that the ultimate goal, to delight your customers? We think so, and we think this plan will delight both you and your customers. It’s like double delight!

SocialMenu: This is a brand new feature and we think it’s so great we decided to include it for free in all of our plans. Have you ever had a customer try to order something that was no longer on the menu? Or have you had to track down your web guy to finally update your website with your new menu? SocialMenu will eliminate those problems. We’ll digitize your menu and publish it on the top sites where customers are searching so they see only the most accurate information about your restaurant – especially your menu. Then, if your menu ever changes, we’ll publish those updates to keep everything up-to-date and accurate. To boot, we’ll build you a mobile website so customers can easily find you on the go. And yes, you heard me right. SocialMenu is included in ALL plans. Double delight, remember?

Instagram: By popular request, we’ve been secretly providing Instagram management to some of our current clients since last July, and it’s been a powerful addition to their online presence. So powerful, in fact, that we’re officially rolling it out as part of our service offering to all clients. You can add Instagram management to any of our regular plans, and we will create amazing content for your customers who want to drool over awesome photos of your restaurant.

Facebook Ads: That’s right, Facebook ads. We have seen first-hand the powerful effect Facebook ads campaigns can have to grow your following, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and get the word out to your local customers. For years, this has been part of our “secret menu”, but we would be remiss if we didn’t officially add it to our list of services. You can add Facebook ad campaign management to either the Customer Experience or Customer Delight plan.

New Service Plan Names: You’ll notice our service plans have new names: Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Delight. Now, I know you’re thinking, “Mark, these plan names are amazing and SUPER catchy. Really innovative. Great job!” And to that, I say, “Why, thank you.” But actually, we just wanted service plan names that made it really obvious what benefits each plan offers. Here are some of the other plan names that didn’t make the cut: Bare Bones, Meaty, Thanksgiving, Snack, Tantalizer?, Strongness? The decision was hard, but in the end, we think we made the right choice.
